Historical Fiction Reading Challenge

Marg at The Adventures of an Intrepid Reader will be hosting the Historical Fiction Reading Challenge this year. I haven't participated in a historical reading challenge for a while, but I've gotten into a couple of series and thought I might as well jump into a challenge while I'm at it. If historical fiction is your thing (or you'd like to see if it is), take a peek at the details at the link above.

I'm going to sign up for the Victorian Reader level (5 books). I may wind up venturing further, but if I reach my initial goal then I will claim the challenge complete

1. Princess Elizabeth's Spy by Susan Elia MacNeal (1/2/21)
2. Sidney Chambers & the Shadow of Death by James Runcie (1/14/21)
3. The Left-Handed Booksellers of London by Garth Nix (1/18/21)
4. When Maidens Mourn by C. S. Harris (1/20/21)
5. Mr. President, Private Eye by Martin H. Greenberg & Francis M. Nevins, Jr. [eds] (1/22/21)
Victorian Reader Complete
6. The Talisman Ring by Georgette Heyer (2/19/21)
7. Murder at Bray Manor by Lee Strauss (2/21/21)
8. A Rogue of One's Own by Evie Dunmore (2/25/21)
9. The Adventure of the Peerless Peer by Philip Jose Farmer (2/28/21)
10. Grand Central: Original Stories of Postwar Love & Reunion intro by Kristin Hannah (3/10/21)
Renaissance Reader Complete
11. Money in the Morgue by Ngaio Marsh & Stella Duffy (3/29/21)
12. What Darkness Brings by C. S. Harris (4/11/21)
13. Why Kings Confess by C. S. Harris (4/12/21)
