Rules:

*A theme will be posted each week on Thursday
*Select a conversation/snippet/sentence from your current book that features the theme

*Event is open for the whole week

This week's theme is Women Relationships: Relation that one can have with a woman like Mother, Aunt, Sister, Girlfriend, etc.

Here's mine from A Piece of Justice by Jill Paton Walsh:

It was a bit of a struggle for Granny Vi to get herself out of the car, and up the steps, and into the hotel. She was frail, and slow. But she gave Imogen the curious impression that she was good at being frail; quite practised and skilled at it.
