SCAM artist alert

Apparently there is someone calling themself "Luigi Calloway" out there who is claiming to be associated with the Mount TBR Reading Challenge. He is contacting authors and telling them if they pay him, then their books will be used for the challenge. It's possible he's also telling people they must pay to participate in any way. Please know that there is absolutely no charge associated in any way with this reading challenge and that this person does NOT represent me or anything associated with my blog. I DO NOT endorse anything that he claims. There will NEVER be a reason for anyone to have to pay for participation in any way for any of my challenges. If only people who exert this much time and effort on scamming people would put it into something worthwhile....like reading their own books!

Saturday Snapshot December 18

Saturday Snapshot is a meme hosted by Alyce at At Home with Books. All you have to do is "post a photo thatyou (or a friend or a family member) have taken and then leave a direct link to your post in the Mr. Linky on [her] blog. Photos can be old or new, and be of anything as long as they are clean and appropriate for all eyes to see. How much detail you give is entirely up to you." all she asks is that you don't just post random photos that you find online.

This is one of my all-time favorite pictures of roses that have been given to me by my husband.

The thing I like best about this picture is the point of view...I took it at from below, at a slight angle. I just loved the way it turned out.
