Saturday Snapshot is a meme hosted by Alyce at At Home with Books. All
you have to do is "post a photo that you (or a
friend or family member) have taken and then leave a
direct link to your post in the Mr. Linky on [her]
blog. Photos can be old or new, and be of anything as long as they are clean and appropriate for all eyes to see. How much detail you give is up to you." All she asks is that you don't just post random photos that you find online. (Click pictures for close-up).
Here are lots of Jack-o-Lanterns from when my son was young:

Those are some excellent jack-o-lanterns for sure.
I remember when I lived in Nanaimo, B.C. -- on Vancouver Island. And every year, after Halloween, people bring their candle-lit Jack-o-lantern creations and place them along a stretch out-of-town bleakness called Jinglepot Road. It's so eerie.
These ones, all of them, would do well there!
They are lovely photos, and you must have so much patience to carve out those pumpkins. My Snapshot is a lighthouse without a light! http://goo.gl/LAoN2
What a wonderful way to record the passage of time. And you can clearly carve a pretty cool pumpkin too.
Wow, I am impressed by the carvings! And he looks very pleased with them, too.
Thanks for sharing your march down memory lane during this Halloween season!
Here's MY SATURDAY SNAPSHOT POST
The pumpkins are cute but it is the little boy and his smile that captured my heart!
Wow, those lanterns are really great. Love the cat, or is it a tiger?
Having a son, I'm highly delighted by your series of pumpkins and son. Those were happy days weren't they? Next week I'll be posting a lot of my son too. Thanks for sharing.
Adorable series of photos♫ Happy weekend♥
How adorable! We're going to do our first jack-o-lantern's this weekend!
So neat to see the pumpkins and kiddo over the years!
Forget the jacks, your son is adorable.
Thanks everyone...I know my son's a cutie, but I didn't want to brag on him. :-) I'll let you all do it for me!
How fun! It looks like he loved Halloween.
I have groups of these pics too and cherish them more and more each year :)
One of the fun things at Halloween.
I can see the delight of your son posing with his carved pumpkins.
Love the elaborate carvings, but none of them are as good as the smile on your little guys face. Here's Mine
Those are great pumpkin carvings! I don't remember ours ever looking that good!
Wow, you had elaborate jack-o-lanterns! Very nice.
What a lovely timeline of your son's childhood :-)
How cute! I loved being able to see him grow!!
