Hi all,
Been a hectic few months so haven't had the time to keep my completed squares up to date. But here the squares I've completed since I last posted:

Locked Room or Impossible Crime: The Layton Court Mystery by Anthony Berekley (1925)

Medical Mystery: Malice Aforethought (1931) by Frances Iles

TBR First Lines: More Work for the Undertaker (1949) by Margery Allingham

Set in the Entertainment World = The Silent Pool (1956) by Patricia Wentworth

Book been made into a movie or TV Show = Scales of Justice (1955) by Ngaio Marsh which was made into a TV series in the early 1990s called the Inspector Alleyn Mysteries, where Patrick Malahide plays Inspector Alleyn.

Academic Mystery = Laurels are Poison (1942) by Gladys Mitchell

Book with a lawyer, courtroom, judge etc. = Trial and Error (1937) by Anthony Berekley

Book outside of comfort zone = The Case of the Buried Clock (1943) by Eric Stanley Gardner

Involves Clergy or Religion = A Gentle Murder (1951) by Dorothy Salisbury Davis - Good inverted mystery, rather limp and rushed ending though.

Time/Day/Month in the title = Drink to Yesterday (1940 UK) by Manning Coles

Book published under more than one title = Spinsters in Jeopardy (1954) by Ngaio Marsh which was published as The Bride of Death in the USA. Bit of a disappointing novel.
