Mystery Lover...but overall a very eclectic reader. Will read everything from the classics to historical fiction. Biography to essays. Not into horror or much into YA. If you would like me to review a book, then please see my stated review policy BEFORE emailing me.

Total Harmonic Distortion: Mini-Review
Reading this was just a whim. My husband has been on the hunt for Total Harmonic Distortion: Cartoons from Stereo Review by Charles Rodrigues for as long as I can remember. It's come up for auction on E-bay I don't know how many times, but he never seemed to make the lucky bid. Until this year. It just arrived in the mail today and he immediately sat down and read it straight through. And as soon as he was done I decided to take a peek myself. He used to subscribe to Stereo Review (it's now defunct) and I would enjoy looking at the cartoons. This is a mixed bag. Some are very funny. Some are way over my head (not enough of an audiophile to understand them). Some are a bit dated. And some are a bit offensive (looking back over a 25ish year span). Overall, a decent collection of cartoons and a fun time-travel trip back to the early days of my relationship with the hubby. ★★★
