It's Monday! What Are You Reading?

It's Monday! What Are You Reading? is a bookish meme hosted by Book Journey. It's where we gather to share what we have read this past week and what we plan to read this week. It's a great way to network with other bloggers, see some wonderful blogs, and put new titles on your reading list. So hop on over via the link above and join in...and leave a comment here so I can check out what you are reading.

And.....my numbers dropped again.  Good thing there's a read-a-thon coming up next week.  Maybe I can pick up the pace again.

Here's list:

Books Read (click on titles for review):
Death in the Air by Agatha Christie (actually read last week, but didn't get review up)
The Age of Innocence by Edith Wharton
The Scarlet Macaw by S. P. Hozy

Currently Reading:
Age of Desire by Jennie Fields: They say that behind every great man is a great woman. Behind Edith Wharton, there was Anna Bahlmann—her governess turned literary secretary and confidante. At the age of forty-five, despite her growing fame, Edith remains unfulfilled in a lonely, sexless marriage. Against all the rules of Gilded Age society, she falls in love with Morton Fullerton, a dashing young journalist. But their scandalous affair threatens everything in Edith’s life—especially her abiding ties to Anna. [A review request book that makes an excellent follow-up to reading Wharton's book last week.]

Books that spark my interest:
Andersen's Fairy Tales by Hans Christian Andersen
Murder by the Book by Eric Brown
The Dreadful Hollow by Nicholas Blake
A Love Worth Giving by Max Lucado
Poems & Prose by Christina Rosetti
A Bullet in the Ballet by Caryl Brahms & S. J. Simon

I still haven't read The Age of Innocence, even though I downloaded it a couple of weeks ago.

I never read it years ago...and I hope it's a treasure. But I've read some reviews that make me wonder....

Here's MY MONDAY READING POST
