Just what I need...another challenge! But the Georgette Heyer Reading Challenge sponsored by Christina is a perpetual challenge. There is no 'official' start/end date set by the host. (If you want to set your own time limits, you may.) Her goal in establishing this challenge is simple: she wants to read as many Heyer novels as she can. There are no set number of books you'd be required to read. You might want to read six. You might want to read twelve. You might want to read them all. Or you might just want to read two. This is a great challenge for me. Georgette Heyer is probably best known for her historical romances. But I discovered her through my love of vintage mysteries. She has written some of the best and funniest Golden Age mysteries around and this gives me a chance to re-read some old friends and to see if I can manage to finish off the last couple that I have yet to read. My initial commitment will be to read and review all twelve of the mysteries. Since there's no official end, I may add some of the historical romances for fun. But I'll consider my challenge complete with the last mystery.
