2021 Beachcomber Reading Challenge

Rick has changed up his bingo challenge--taking us from the bingo hall to the beaches of Maine in a quest for items to place in our mystery beach bags. The cabanas of the Beachcombers Reading Challenge are waiting and beachcombers can fill their bags from now until December 31, 2021. For full details, check out the link.

  2. Hi Bev,
I like the stars on your beachcomber cards!
How do you add stars to the pdf? Does it require a subscription or purchased version of software?

  3. Susan: I use the "Paint" program that has come with each of my laptops. I'm not sure if it's part of the standard set-up, part of Microsoft Office (which I have through my work connection), or what--I'm not tech-savvy enough to know. :-)

  4. Susan: If you are on a Mac, you can do this in Preview. Open the PDF in Preview, then select TOOLS > ANNOTATE > STAR then drag the corner of the star to resize it and place it where you like. RM

Sorry folks, but I have been getting an incredible amount of spam. I have adjusted my settings and all messages will be moderated from now on. If that does not take care of the problem then I will have to go to the "Prove You're Not a Robot" thing--which I hate as much as you do.

If your name does not appear automatically, please tell me your name in the comment. Otherwise you will just show up as "Unknown." Thanks!
