First Book of the Year: 2016
Sheila at Book Journey sponsors this bookish event. She asks us to compose posts of what we are reading to go live on January 1st. You do not need to be done with the book on January 1st, just reading it on January 1st and yes, you can start on the 31st and be reading into the New Year. She will link all our posts on her site so others can visit and cheer us on!
Here's my plan to start the New Year--
I will start off with a vintage science fiction novel: The Purple Cloud by M. P. Shiel (1901). This will help me kick off my 2016 Challenge Year by fulfilling slots for several challenges.

Sorry folks, but I have been getting an incredible amount of spam. I have adjusted my settings and all messages will be moderated from now on. If that does not take care of the problem then I will have to go to the "Prove You're Not a Robot" thing--which I hate as much as you do.
If your name does not appear automatically, please tell me your name in the comment. Otherwise you will just show up as "Unknown." Thanks!
A fun choice! I do hope you like it - would love to see a review :)
