Mystery Lover...but overall a very eclectic reader. Will read everything from the classics to historical fiction. Biography to essays. Not into horror or much into YA. If you would like me to review a book, then please see my stated review policy BEFORE emailing me. Please Note: This is a book blog. It is not a platform for advertising. Please do NOT contact me to ask that I promote your NON-book websites or products. Thank you.

Sorry folks, but I have been getting an incredible amount of spam. I have adjusted my settings and all messages will be moderated from now on. If that does not take care of the problem then I will have to go to the "Prove You're Not a Robot" thing--which I hate as much as you do.
If your name does not appear automatically, please tell me your name in the comment. Otherwise you will just show up as "Unknown." Thanks!
It is really amazing how much reading you can get done when you don't go anywhere! I spent most of New Year's Day inside reading, and thought that would get me a good start, but didn't think I'd be doing that much reading again. But the last 4 days I've only gone out twice, to the gym, and have spent most of the time reading--or watching DVDs of vintage movies and TV shows. And now, more snow! I may be able to get my Mt. TBR down to a manageable level!
ReplyDeleteFirst book down, and the second coming shortly. I received three new books for Christmas that I can't wait to get my hands on. I love warmer weather, but at least winter is giving me a good excuse to stay inside curled up with a good book :)
ReplyDeleteMarj, I know exactly what you mean. I was hoping today would end up being a snow day or cold day for work, so I could stay cuddled up on the couch with a book for one more day.
ReplyDeleteJen, I hope you got to stay indoors! Living in Michigan, we're dealing with more than 12 inches of snow, plus unusually cold weather. I've stayed indoors and read for most of the last week!
ReplyDeleteI had to go in for work, but at least it's indoors. I'm on the border of Illinois and Iowa so we have the cold but nearly that much snow.
ReplyDeleteTwo book read for now! But just one review, the second in a couple of days! And reading the third :) I like to make my TBR thinner!
