Mystery Lover...but overall a very eclectic reader. Will read everything from the classics to historical fiction. Biography to essays. Not into horror or much into YA. If you would like me to review a book, then please see my stated review policy BEFORE emailing me. Please Note: This is a book blog. It is not a platform for advertising. Sorry folks, but I have been getting an incredible amount of spam. I have adjusted my settings and all messages will be moderated from now on. If that does not take care of the problem then I will have to go to the "Prove You're Not a Robot" thing--which I hate as much as you do.
If your name does not appear automatically, please tell me your name in the comment. Otherwise you will just show up as "Unknown." Thanks!
Great response. And totally agree especially since my tbr pile, or I should say, bookcase is staring at me. Have a fun weekend!

Just passing through- already a follower, obviously! Congrats on breaking that 100!
ReplyDeleteI usually give a book up to 100 pages before I gie up on it. "The Choice" by Nicholas Sparks is a good example of one I almost gave up on too early. I kept on to the end and was glad I did. I feel the same way though. There are just too many really good books around to waste time plowing through one I'm not into.
ReplyDeleteI usually am foolish and still stick it out, the difference is how long it takes me to read it! It may take me years, lol!

Hi Bev, I'm with you--too little time in my life to keep going with a book I don't like. I'm a devoted follower stopping by on the blog hop;)
