I haven't come across a scenario like...Hi Bev,<br /><br />I haven't come across a scenario like this in the UK anywhere ... the concept of seeing 'brains' all over the place is certainly new to me.<br /><br />We have something similar in many cities around the UK, but the subject matter is generally animal themed and the statues are made and painted by volunteers.
